The managing director of Circle, Jeremy Aller, believes that Konkera’s stablecoin bill may not be the definitive version of the law. He has explained that some important fundamental issues for the Federal Reserve have not yet been resolved and this may prevent this bill from becoming a law. However, Allerba has confirmed that the stablecoin regulations will be implemented soon, stating that the bill has many achievements.
